Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning and scoping to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, utilizing tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Agile methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor resource allocation and scheduling to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular progress reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Scrum) and organizational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proven expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, risk management, and resource optimization for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
