Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy firewall solutions to meet client security requirements.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of firewall systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot firewall performance, resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for firewall configurations and policies.
- Stay updated with emerging threats and security trends to enhance protection measures.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in firewall deployment, configuration, and management.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar firewall technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Security, or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
