Responsibility
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on digital capability and innovation.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and user experience.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, and IT specialists to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, automation) to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, program teams, and external partners to align IT initiatives with business needs.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure robust data protection, compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices in IT governance.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource optimization to maximize ROI on technology investments.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research and development efforts to identify and implement next-generation digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT management, with at least 5 years in a technical product leadership role, preferably in the non-profit or social sector.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise IT systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
