As the IT Manager / Senior Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and database management, ensuring seamless operations and innovation. Your expertise in Lead DBA and Data & Systems Specialization will drive efficiency, scalability, and security across all digital platforms.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and IT systems to support business growth.
- Oversee database administration (DBA) functions, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on scalability and innovation.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure high availability.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and other departments, translating technical requirements into business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., IT Manager, Senior Manager).
- Proven expertise in enterprise applications, database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle), and system architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT infrastructure management.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
