Responsibility
- Design and execute high-impact growth campaigns, including referral programs, remarketing, and lifecycle emails.
- Segment user bases to personalize engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Optimize CRM workflows to enhance user retention and reduce churn.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate on mechanics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with platform goals.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and scale successful tactics.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership with actionable data visualizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or growth certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in growth operations, digital marketing, or platform management.
- Proven track record in campaign mechanics, user segmentation, and CRM lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of referral programs, remarketing strategies, and retention tactics.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate growth strategies to stakeholders.
