Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals, driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure, including cloud, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and mitigating risks.
- Optimize IT operations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across all business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation) into business processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets, ensuring ROI on technology investments.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic upgrades to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity management.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and network security.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align IT with business needs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale IT projects.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
