Responsibility
- IT Infrastructure Leadership: Design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems, networks, and cloud solutions to support business operations.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee IT support teams, troubleshoot critical issues, and minimize downtime to guarantee 99.9% uptime.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with third-party providers, negotiate contracts, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Create and test backup plans, failover systems, and incident response protocols.
- Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage IT budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
- Team Development: Mentor IT staff, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive technical upskilling initiatives.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify emerging technologies (AI, automation, IoT) to enhance productivity and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in IT leadership roles, with a track record of managing enterprise-level infrastructure.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and ITIL practices.
