Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and drive digital transformation.
- Oversee network, server, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for hardware, software, and services.
- Implement robust cybersecurity policies and protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead incident response efforts.
- Mentor and lead IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and risk management.
- Experience in project management, IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
