Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to support business operations and growth.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company data and systems.
- Spearhead the ISO27001 certification process, including gap analysis, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of IT operations.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT and cybersecurity tools, ensuring cost-effective and high-performance solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and employee training to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with ISO27001 certification processes, including gap analysis, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls) and best practices for data protection.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM tools, and endpoint security solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid IT environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
