Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for ERP-driven improvements.
- Design, develop, and document scalable ERP solutions tailored to financial and operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for system enhancements.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans (UAT, regression, etc.) to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Create and deliver end-user training programs and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and recommend iterative improvements.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Certifications in ERP solutions, ITIL, or CBAP are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a results-driven mindset.
