Responsibility
- Develop and customize ISO training programs (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Deliver engaging and interactive in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including executives, managers, and frontline employees.
- Conduct gap analyses and needs assessments to identify training requirements and recommend solutions for compliance and performance improvement.
- Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and e-learning modules, using modern instructional design principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training audits, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay updated on emerging ISO standards, regulatory changes, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management principles into organizational processes and culture.
- Provide consultative support to clients on ISO certification processes, including documentation, internal audits, and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or ISO Lead Auditor certification (e.g., IRCA, PECB) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ISO Trainer or Quality Management Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS), and other relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 27001).
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in conducting audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments for organizations seeking ISO certification.
- Proficiency in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and Southeast Asia as required for client engagements.
