Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or corporate communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change strategies in fast-paced, global, or remote settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
