Responsibility
- Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Create and disseminate clear, engaging communications (e.g., emails, presentations, FAQs) to inform and motivate employees during transitions.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, assess readiness, and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to build change readiness and capability across teams.
- Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and project teams to integrate change management best practices into project lifecycles.
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance communication efficiency and scalability in remote or hybrid work environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or corporate communications.
- Proven ability to develop and implement change strategies in fast-paced, global, or remote settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
