Responsibility
- Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee environmental impact assessments (AMDAL/ESIA) and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate environmental and social risks.
- Engage with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable development initiatives.
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present ESG reports for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG, environmental compliance, or sustainability roles.
- Proven experience with AMDAL and ESIA processes and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
- Certification in ESG or sustainability (e.g., GRI, ISO 14001) is a plus.
