Responsibility
- Lead the financial structuring and analysis of large-scale infrastructure projects across Asia.
- Develop and present investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with AIIB policies.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including governments, financial institutions, and private sector entities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize investment portfolios.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes affecting infrastructure financing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or infrastructure financing.
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex financial transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with multilateral development banks and international financial regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
