Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile daily cash flow transactions for high-value client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with global teams to process investment settlements, dividends, and corporate actions.
- Prepare and distribute client statements, performance reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in client accounts, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC) and internal audit standards.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements for cash management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations, cash management, or client services within banking/financial services.
- Proficient in cash reconciliation, settlement processes, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of investment products (equities, fixed income, derivatives) and custody operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with global market hours) and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
