Responsibility
- Develop concept-to-completion interior design solutions for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and in-house furniture producers to ensure seamless integration of custom designs.
- Create detailed mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Select high-quality materials, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) that align with project budgets and sustainability goals.
- Oversee site inspections and contractor coordination to maintain design integrity and project timelines.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback while upholding aesthetic and functional standards.
- Stay ahead of global design trends, local Bali aesthetics, and innovative space-planning techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and local Bali building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED/WELL certification is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
