Responsibility
- Develop concept-to-completion interior design solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Select and source high-quality furniture, finishes, fabrics, and decor that align with design themes and client preferences.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess spaces, oversee installations, and resolve any design or logistical challenges.
- Present design proposals to clients with compelling visuals and persuasive narratives to secure approvals.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local Bali-inspired aesthetics to infuse uniqueness into every project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven portfolio of completed residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills with fluency in English.
- Experience working with luxury or high-end clients and understanding of Bali’s design market is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project scopes.
- Familiarity with sustainable and locally sourced materials is a strong asset.
