Responsibility
- Coordinate patient intake processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Manage and optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assess patient needs and match them with appropriate care services and providers.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve intake processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and support to junior intake specialists as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and providers.
