Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain healthcare IT systems and applications to support clinical and administrative operations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify technology needs and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data protection laws) and industry standards
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of emerging healthcare technologies (AI, IoT, telemedicine)
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and user guides for knowledge sharing
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and database management (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR, PACS, RIS) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Certifications such as CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are advantageous
