Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives in laboratory environments to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze workflows, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and standardize best practices.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the integration of automation and digital tools to streamline laboratory processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on industrial engineering principles and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or laboratory settings.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Arena).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup while delivering high-impact results.
