Join USER Experience Researchers as a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital backbone of our organization. Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Oversee datacenter operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Optimize and secure public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campus and remote office networks with centralized systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or outages.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architectures.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure, with a focus on network engineering, datacenter management, or cloud services.
- Proven expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto networking hardware and protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
