Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for ICT infrastructure, including power distribution, backup systems, and grounding.
- Collaborate with architects, IT specialists, and project managers to integrate electrical and ICT solutions in large-scale projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for electrical and ICT system upgrades or new installations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop technical specifications, tender documents, and project proposals for clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams on best practices in ICT electrical engineering.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in smart infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and IoT-enabled electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on ICT infrastructure, data centers, or smart buildings.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering electrical systems for high-value projects, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or Dialux) and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and local electrical regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), or LEED AP are highly desirable.
