Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC/R systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF units, and commercial refrigeration.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize system efficiency and longevity.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to design and install customized HVAC/R solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Source and manage vendor relationships for parts, tools, and subcontracted services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC/R Technician, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Certification in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) is required.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for commercial/industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and energy-efficient technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
