Responsibility
- Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical labs, and controlled environments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, and local regulations for critical facilities.
- Develop and review HVAC schematics, calculations, and specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate HVAC solutions into facility layouts.
- Conduct energy efficiency audits and recommend sustainable design improvements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for HVAC installations.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contractors on-site.
- Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HVAC design, with 3+ years in cleanroom/pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven expertise in HVAC system design for controlled environments (e.g., ISO Class 5-8 cleanrooms).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, ISO 14644, GMP, FDA).
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided).
