Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles, including nursing staff, caregivers, and medical professionals, across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure the best candidate fit.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance PERSOLâs reputation as a preferred employer in the healthcare sector.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in healthcare recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, healthcare associations, and industry partners to create talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years specializing in healthcare or nursing home staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume roles in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
