Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement in the healthcare sector.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing team across multiple locations.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and innovation within the organization.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations in Indonesia and Singapore.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, best practices, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and experience navigating compliance in a remote or multi-country workforce.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics, and digital HR tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
