Responsibility
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, record-keeping, and coordination of company events.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
