Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for marketing campaigns, branding materials, and digital content.
- Lead the design process for print and digital assets, including menus, posters, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all outlets.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that align with company values and target audience preferences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Conduct quality checks on all design outputs before final delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from branding to digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design.
