Responsibility
- Perform high-quality X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality for diagnostic purposes.
- Operate and maintain radiography equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret imaging results and provide preliminary findings when required.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency imaging services as part of the team rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid radiography license or certification (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia or internationally.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience as a General Radiographer in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in operating digital X-ray, CT, MRI, and PACS systems.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and pathology relevant to diagnostic imaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to local healthcare practices and cultural norms.
