As a key member of our finance team, you will take full ownership of end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and audit support. Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (VAT, withholding, corporate) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursements and statutory deductions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, tax, and payroll (preferably in a multinational or outsourcing environment).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a hybrid setup.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
