Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and audits in coordination with external advisors.
- Optimize accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and ethical standards in all financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance under Indonesian regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
