Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, implementing effective collection strategies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in improving AR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, general accounting, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and BPJS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
