Responsibility
- Prepare and review accurate investment, investor, and regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial reports.
- Utilize Excel, SQL, and BI tools to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in fund accounting data to maintain integrity.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient data presentation.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure reports adhere to the latest compliance requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of investment funds, regulatory reporting, and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
- Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
