Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information and company data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
