Responsibility
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm methodologies.
- Analyze complex financial data, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and supervise junior audit associates, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financial and audit matters.
- Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and other documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Uphold PwC’s standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external audit, with a strong understanding of auditing standards (e.g., ISA, GAAP).
- Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client engagements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
