Responsibility
- Lead and manage the audit and certification team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of industrial processes, systems, and documentation.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and certification.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure timely completion of certification processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Audit Manager or similar role in the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
