Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse cultural setting is an advantage.
