Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for financial systems, including ATM/POS/Switching and Core Banking solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Java/C++ and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern web frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with financial systems (ATM/POS/Switching/Core Banking) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
