Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, or similar).
- Own the end-to-end architecture of software solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance through code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
