Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate React-based UIs with backend APIs for seamless user experiences.
- Implement and optimize Kafka-based event-driven systems for real-time data processing.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) using CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot development with a strong backend focus.
- Proven expertise in Microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or modern frontend frameworks (Angular/Vue is a plus).
- Proficiency in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems for event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and data modeling.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development tools (Git, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
