Responsibility
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and performance) to identify defects and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or JMeter) to improve testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results, document defects using tools like JIRA, and track resolutions through to closure.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, HIPAA) and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Provide night-shift support for critical system deployments and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Postman) and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation (SQL queries).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (with flexibility for occasional overtime).
