Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics of medical specimen collections, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Supervise a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality in fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with laboratory teams, couriers, and healthcare providers to coordinate specimen pickups, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all logistics and fulfillment activities.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of specimen collections, deliveries, and inventory to support audit and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing medical or healthcare-related logistics is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in logistics and healthcare is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
