As a Logistics Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, coordinating shipments, resolving inquiries, and optimizing supply chain processes. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance, and shipment tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize routing, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) in compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively communicate updates or delays to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and performance metrics using ERP or CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field, preferably in an MNC or export-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or export compliance is highly desirable.
