Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions using Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies to enhance our tech stack.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Expertise in Vue.js, including Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL) is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
