Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software deployments
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for performance, cost, and security
- Develop and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis to continuously improve system reliability
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) and experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog)
- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security) and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
