Responsibility
- Assist the IT team in software development, including coding, debugging, and testing applications.
- Support system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions to end-users.
- Collaborate with team members to document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Participate in software testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of small-scale IT projects under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including tracking hardware, software licenses, and assets.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, or related technical degree.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Prior internship, project, or coursework experience in IT is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
