Responsibility
- Lead the development of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
