Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack HR applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django).
- Automate HR processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll, leave management) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate third-party HR tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) with existing systems via APIs.
- Optimize database performance and ensure seamless data flow between HR modules.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive employee data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HR systems with minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and propose innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in HR systems or enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle HCM) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in system design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
