Responsibility
- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance against targets and provide variance explanations to senior management.
- Design and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports with clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or Adaptive Insights).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in a multinational or hybrid environment is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
