Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for Coherentâs Southeast Asian operations.
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
- Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, automation, and ERP systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration planning for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, GAAP, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or matrix organizations with exposure to regional/APAC markets.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
